My advice to any ladies looking for an enjoyable day of golf in a very friendly atmosphere is to come to Newcastle.
After completing my first 18 holes as a new member of Newcastle Golf Club I would like to express my sincere thanks and congratulations to all the staff and especially the lady members who have made me feel so welcome.
As a beginner in the ‘Newies’ programme I have been guided, supported and encouraged beyond any expectations.
Newcastle Golf Club has a beautiful natural bush setting; my recent venture to the back nine was quite a delight.
I often report to my husband that my golf may not be great, but I’m constantly delighted at how very friendly everyone is. I always have an enjoyable day.
Sincerely,
Jo Gamer.
